does anyone know if the magnetic attachment on a koralia will work on an acrylic tank? i dont see why it wouldnt i just wanna make sure before i purchase one. thanks

well the magnet should hold it but the acrylic may get scuffed if you move it alot or slide it along the tank rather than remove it properly and they re-attach the mag. but i don't see why it wouldn't work unless you have a thick tank

ye thats what i was thinking im pretty sure they also come with a suction cup attachment so i can use that if i must

I have the koralia 4 the magnet acually has a suction cup built into it but other then that, that is all you get.

The suction is usually enough, The magnet just makes it easier to sleep at night. I've moved mine around in an acrylic with no problems of scratching.
