So CAl.
has anybody ever had any issues with this stuff i've been using it for a while and some times it smell really bad like ammonia or very old pee water. I think pretty sure this stuff killed all of my fish. does any body use any think else to condition their water that removes Nitrate, Nitrite, and Ammonia?

Yeah , I use it and it does smell like ***. Never had any issues with it.

Funny I never noticed a smell from amquel + It is my favorite water conditioner (Because I notice less fish stress during changes ) but now I am working on a gallon of prime which IMO smells absolutely awful. How odd

all ive used for years but it smells like butt

really love the stuff, has a slight smell but that is bearable, never had an issue, and i agree since i have been using it i have less stress during water changes

i know the dry AMQUEL + has a strong smell of sulfur but works and has saved my fish after reversing my flow on my UGF

What happened? How did it save them ?

I have been using it with no effects on the fish. It does smell bad but it does the job. Did you use the exact amount which is recommended? 25ml per 50 gallons

Amquel and Prime are both very good products. I got a small bottle of prime because the small bottle of amquel was more expensive and the store chargest too much.
