Amquel (not amquel plus) = is it good or bad or it doesn't hurt?

Seachem Prime = is there a 1 gallon bottle of this stuff. I have a 240 gallon, i don't want to go to the store all the time and keep on buying 16oz bottles.

Seachem prime comes in the 2 L size, as far as I know that is the biggest size.
