Kordon's Rid-Ich re-dosing?

The bottle reads "do a 25% water change and re-dose every 24 hours" but it doesn't specify whether you have to dose for the entire volume of the tank again, or for the 25% NEW water that you just added.

Any help? I don't wanna overdose the tank

Give the normal dose whether you do a water change or not.
