Cool looking guy, what type of fish are those? Ive only seen pics and never seen one swim around in a tank. Are they active?

The fish is very active today. Ate a whole lot and buddied up with the orino peacock who is about 2" bigger than him. Temp in tank is about 78 now occassionally it gets to around 80.
