Considering thats a pic from BMEzine, i'm going to take the pic as real... the only question i have is; is that hole actually a hole, or is there something between the hole, coz other wise, i can only imagine how annoying it would be to try and drink or eat anything since most of it would probably fall out through the piercing...

That's odd. Holes like that always worry me the most. It's like the stretched out nostrels at some point in that persons life they will not put them in anymore and that do you do with 1" holes in your nose then? However to each his own.
