Which in your opinion is easier to breed and is a better overall in a species aquarium, and is fun to watch. Main thing though is easy to breed, thats what I want but what do you think?

just me?
thats all your gonna ask?
ive never even owned cribs all i know is cons breed like crazy!

Ok thank you 4th opinion, I dont know why I even bothered asking more than twice, just get the same answer......................

cons are the easier to breed, although kribs are not much harder to breed and you have more options for tankmates with kribs, even when breeding. IMO kribs are much better looking and you get lots of very nice varients.
so im gonna say kribs. kribs will also sell better especially if you get a regional varient such as nigerian reds.

Convicts are deffinately easier to breed, but like cichlid2006 said, kribs would give you more options both in color and tankmates. I've never had luck keeping other fish in a 20 gallon long with a breeding pair of convicts, yet kribs in the same space will leave a school of tetras alive, though of course on the opposite side of the tank from their fry.
