krill for food

Does anybody in here feed their p's krill? or has ever used it? I have some left over from when i had oscars and i was wondering if i could feed it to my p's. I tried looking online but couldnt find anything about krill and p's. Thanks
 
mine ate a little bit of krill but didnt seem to enjoy it much. So far my piranhas favorite food is whole cut shrimp.
 
right now i feed my FH and Jag beef heart, blood worm, krill... it steroide for them lol
 
krill is a great choice for food, it contains astaxanthin, which helps to enhance the red coloration
 
I plan to get pirahnas but I just feed my oscar normal cocktail shrimps and it really bring's out the orange in him so I assume it would do the same for the red's on RB Piranhas, freeze dried mysis shrimp also would work great

that's all I ever feed my RBP with grouse hearts and gizzards (sp?) once in a while and the colors are amazing... lately they've been picky since the move so i'm gonna try to add some vegetables when all comes back to normal,
 
I rotate days of 6-7 jumbo shrimp and krill and they love it. Since krill floats I think mine like the “attack” all you hear for 3 minutes is the “blop-blop” of them smacking the water. I’ll be posting some pics of my guys this weekend and Joe will be happy, they are great specimens.
 
i feed my rbps frozen krill and they love it
it brings out the red alot in them my mom was even amazed how red their bellies were lol
