Bought some freeze dried krill to feed my ray, it said on the can soak in water a few minutes before feeding. Silly me, i thought that they would have sunk to the bottom, instead they remained afloat and have become a total waste of my money. Even my catfish won't come up to eat it. So i was wondering, would they sink if i boiled em, and would the ray eat them boiled?

They will sink if you squeeze the air out of them after soaking them. They also sell frozen Krill.

Depending on how you thaw them sometimes you will get floaters with frozen as well. All you have to do is sqeeze the air out and they will sink.
