Could be K guinensus, they seem to lack the orange of xinguense. The Xingu version was once thought to be a color variant of guiniensus, but I believe has been given separate species status.
There are 3 other Krobia species, and 2 undescribed species at the moment, one of the undescribed species has Red Eyes, but it is possible you have species "Oyapock", the ones I've seen look similar to yours, and because that river has seen its share of collection lately. The river in part is the borderline between Brazil, and French Guiana

It looks like a small guianensis maybe, but it looks like it may be a little behind in growth given the size of the fins in relation to the body. Usually on young guianensis and xinguensis the fins are fairly short and stubby until they’re larger.

I’ve had them 3 weeks and they are very aggressive feeders so I don’t know how they could be stunted is that a normal thing?

Here are some more photos maybe these will help I.d. them the first photos I previously posted are a few weeks old. The pair have already spawned but the eggs disappeared.
