Any one else have a problem with this chipping? I will admit I didn't let it sit for 7 days, but it was defiantly more then 24 hours probably closer to 36 hours.

At first the return line was chipping, I figured this was caused by the force of the water pushing through it. Now I am noticing the drains doing it also.

I am very close to using the black pvc for my in tank plumbing.

Black PVC will always work much better, but it is not exactly black. it is more of a really dark gray when you put it in the tank. Mine has chipped a bit, but only when I hit it with something or scratch it. I let it dry for maybe 24 hours, probably less.

I would try scuffing up the surface with some fine sandpaper first. It will probably adhere better than on a completely smooth surface.

try to "wash" surface with alcohol first , let it dry and then spray paint it . Never had problem with chipping !!

I knew I should have asked the pro's first. Lesson Learned.

There is only one Krylon Fusion, there are multiple colors though.
