I just had to post this about the excellent service I received from AquaMedic.
I had purchased a 9w UV sterilizer 5 months ago. I had thought a bulb had burned out so I replaced it and it was still not working so yep you guessed it the ballast went out. With a simple phone call and very friendly person on the other side, I was assured that they would take care of me. I then sent a simple e-mail with a copy of my proof of purchase. I was sent out a new ballast and bulb very quickly, in fact just a few days after my e-mail.
They even had a return shipping label in the box to send back the old parts at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the level of service and they pride in the company. Needless to say I am very happy with the whole experience.
