No, that is a little steep. Personally I don't buy plecos from anyone, except trusted breeders, under 2".

i got mine 4" includsive with tail fr $35sgd

As said sounds a bit expensive, but that is a tiny pleco. I'd stay away from plecos that small in the future unless you trust the source and/or are very good at raising fry/young juveniles.
