Well the easiest things to see are the eye colour and base colour. L190 have red/orange eyes and grey base colour, L191 have dark brown eyes and green base colour.

If those are the max size they are way off.

I have seen a dead L191 shipped for 14.75"

I personally imported a 3 L190 size range between 14"-16".

But eyes color is a give away.
