Heard good things about pleco paradise llc. Theyre kind of local to me however picking up in person might be a different story when it comes to shipping. Theyre huge supporters of veterans and gives a good discount. Sorry your friend had a crap experience. Im waiting on them getting their hands on a specific catfish I wanted. I will keep your friends experience in mind when they succeed in getting it in and I check it out in person
