I just lucked into a small colony of L-333s for free. Anyone have any advice for keeping them and/or breeding them?

It's easy, they like meaty items so foods like repashy bottom scratcher, blood worms, brine shrimp, etc. would be your best bet with some vegetable matter mixed in like AlgaeMax, cucumber, squash, etc.
As for breeding them, they breed in caves, I find Terracotta Watering Stakes work well as cheap caves. Driftwood and live plants are also very good to have in the tank. For filtration use a sponge filter or put an intake sponge on the intake of an HOB or canister filter to avoid sucking up the fry. Just follow these instructions, have plenty of hiding spots and keep the water parameters good and they'll breed.
