Other than ordering them through you lfs, try online vendors... exotic finds might have some. Try the classifieds.

I thought the L#'s stopped in the L-300's?

It's going up all the time... it's into the 4 hundreds now... but the L600 is just a common name (not the others aren't just that) but it isn't recognised by DATZ or any of the others (aqualog etc). It is in one addition of DATZ (an older one, can't remember which), next to L114, as they are quite similar.
