Hi All-I'm growing out some juvenile L-95 Plecos in a 36 gallon aquarium. Currently I'm using an Aquaclear 110 on it. I do feed heavily and they do poop heavily. The impeller is clogging almost weekly. Admittedly the impeller is old and rickety. Will replacing it stop it from clogging so frequently? If not, I'm open to the idea of another power filter or a hang on the back canister filter (not the the Magnum though). As it's an antique aquarium unfortunately a standard canister filter is not a viable option for me. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

Looks really nice. At the current size though they could use a bigger tank.
Great job growing it out. All the food and waste is clogging things up fast and also an indicator to upgrade the filter and tank.
