Anyway to tell what these two are? I bought them as brevis "zebra".

If there was no def name giving it is almost impossible to tell, and guessing would most likely be wrong. When people guess the type of location, this is what leads to mixing of the types when they sell them or the fry. I would leave it has simply brevis.

I definitely want to stay away from mixing different locales.

No fear, I have plenty of fish that are localless so they are sold as they are. It is what it is...lol
