There are hundreds. It would take too much time to list them all, but planetcatfish.com will have their max size. Anything under 8" will do fine.
ok what about a queen arabesque? not too sure on size though,only ever kept common and sailfin plecs before (in larger tanks obviously),parameters are as follows amm:0 nit:0 nitrate:10 mg/litre ph:7.0
That tank will be more than big enough for a QA, or any Hypancistrus for that matter.
My personal choice would Baryancistrus demantoides but as Wyld said there is a lot of choice even for a tank that size
