L number?

I cannot seem to find the L num. for chocolate albino pleco...help please?

I don't think there ever was an L number assigned for a chocolate pleco. It does have a scientific name of Pterygoplichthys scrophus, so use that instead of the L number. Here's more info on that plec:

Oh, and as far as I know, there is no special L number if a species albino vs regular.

Pterygoplichthys scrophus(Rhinos) have also been called just chocolates. An Albino Chocolate(which is an albino version of a common) has the L numbers of L21 and L23. Pterygoplichthys pardalis is the scientific name for an albino Chocolate.

Thanks guys for correcting that confusion...

I believe the distinctive quality of the rhino is it protrusion, bump like horn of a rhino, on its head.

Albino Commons do not have this quality.
