Has anyone ever built a "L" shaped (90 degree) aquarium and if so how big and please post pictures!!!! I am thinking of building one but not sure if it's been done before. I would like to build one 4-5 ft one side of the L and 3 ft on the other.....thanks

L shaped aquariums can be done. I got one from a forum member that was two hexagons. It was a custom job done for a store in NH i believe. I also have been thinking of doing a U shaped tank that would be like 1500 gallons but im not entirely sure on that. Lots of planning and measuring to do. Are you doing it in all glass or plywood or what? I'm thinking of doing a plywood with large, 7'x3' windows. I'll let you know what i come up with.
If you search for 50,000 gallon aquarium that's also L shaped.
It's quite good because it goes round the corner leaving you space to sit in and also brakes line of sight between predatory fish.
