Heres a pic of the tank from my cell phone.

Now I'm trying to decide what lighting... The tank is basically two sections. 1 4 foot section and 1 3 foot section.

Heres the spare lighting I already have... 1 Coralife 4ft fixture, that has 2 10k bulbs, and 2 antic bulbs, with lunar lights.

and 1 2x96 watt ah supply kit.. So it has two 6700k bulbs, on one ballast. They're 34 inches long each.
110 gallons, Roughly 22 inches high, 14 inches deep.
Stocking options:
Clown loaches are the showcase.
Either with Cardinal tetra x 200+ish
or Gold Severums and pink tailed chaleus

My previous planting experiment taught me that I am lazy. I can only depend on myself to dose ferts and flourish excel.

I really like the look of java fern, jungle val, amazon sword, Java moss.

How many watts do I need to support those plants? I don't need them to grow super fast. The substrate is gonna be 100% schultz aquatic plant soil.

Also I may avoid the java moss. It seems now matter how tightly I wrap it to whatever I want to look good, it fluffs up and gets into my intakes.

I am leaning towards just buying another 3 foot coralife fixture. because I really like the lunar LED feature. And antic lighting will make my fish colors pop more. I'm just wondering if the 10k bulbs can support the plants i'm choosing?

Thanks,
Cory

the plants you listed don't need a ton of light or ferts, you're 10k lights will be fine and the actinics will help out a bit as well but be mostly for the fish, which is fine. also 200 cardinals would be way too much, cut it down to 50~75.
