Saw a beautiful pleco, just in, at my LFS ... looked just like this:

Whats the scoop on these guys? He was $45.

This picture is pretty similar as far as actual size too, iirc. He was about 4 inches long.

My lfs got 1 in last year. It was lik 1.5" and they wanted like $24.99. If. It was bigger I would have bout it. I've always wanted 1.

I would have bought that immediately I love watching them grow up. I may wait until the swap meet may 1 at fish freaks and look at what they have. Though I don't know pricing. I bet someone will snag him up before I have a chance to go back.

Very aggressive especially the males. I used to have a big group. I got sick of them after a few tears and three dead females later.
