difficult to say, from soooooooooo far...

could you take closer pictures of :

- headshape (from above)
- pectoral fins (first hard ray)
- opercular odontodes
- genital papilla

mature cactus pleco are not that easy to sex... but with 4 good (and close) pictures of it, it should be possible to have a good idea...

what's their size?
they look to only be around 4-5" making the sexing difficult due to their small size.

fish 1 look like a male, fish 2 look like a female cause of the round shape of the head. i am not a expert so this is only a guess.

thanks for guessing yeah i hope they are a pair too.. but this saturday i'm going to buy 2 more female, just to be sure there are a male and female there, hopefully they will breed soon..
