I have a L128 and a L200 (Hemiancistrus subviridis) that have been living in a 30 gallons tank for the last 6 months. Both are about 3,5 inches and grew about 1/2 inches in the last six months.

It is not an original question, but I would like to know if it is a normal growth rate for them, and if the tank is big enough.

I do 50% water change every week; nitrates never reach 10 ppm.

I run two 2213 on the tank.

Thanks a lot

I've had my little L128 for about 3 years and in that time he's probably only grown 5-7.5cm/2-3". You'll need a bigger tank as they both can potentially grow about 20-25cm/8-10" and fairly active, I think 120x60x60cm would be comfortable for both long term.
