Just got this little guy today. It's hard to get a picture of him, he's only about an inch long.

Thanks! I can't wait for him to get bigger. He pretty much stays under a piece of driftwood but when I turn the lights out, he'll venture out a little bit.
Jaws what do you feed yours?

Looks great. Im still getting the hang of the pleco thing so im sure others will chime in about their diet. I feel mone nls as a staple, omega one kelp wafers, nls algaemax (he loves it), fresh red bell pepers and cucumbers. Zucchini would be better but the wife never has any on hand

Great thanks!! I'm new to plecs too, so excited to start with this guy.
He munched on some algae wafers last night, I tried putting cucumber in at lights out but he didn't go near it. I'm hopeful he'll get the hang of it eventually. I've heard the nls is good, I'll get some and see how it goes. Thanks for the advice!!

Will do! I almost picked up some bell pepper last night, but wasn't sure if they could have it. Good to know now!
Also, do you put the veggies in raw or do you blanch them? I've heard it both way
