L240 breeding

I have for the last week 2 fishes inside a cave for a few hours a day.
I am sure that one of them is a female and she is the resident of that cave .
the other fish which is body is outside (the visitor) also looks like a female .
sometimes the visitor waves his fins at the position which in the picture.

is it possible that it is two females?
I would like an advice?

the water now is 380 micro dimensions and 27 celcius.

ok so is was my mistake it is a male inside the cave with a female for two weeks and gets inside and out but no eggs.

today after raising the temp to 28 degrees I made a water change with colder water hope it will make things happen?
