I have been searching for L25 and L24 for sometime. I would love to try and breed these guys. I have a big tank just waiting, but am interested in little ones as well.

I have tried somethingfishy, American Cichlids, unungy and many others without success. Any ideas?

Regards and thanks for the thoughts.

L-24's very difficult to locate. L-25's do pop up on aquabid every now and then. Lot of hobbyists looking for these guys. Unfortunately far and few between. Pleco ban in Brazil does not help. I found an L-24 on aquabid a few years ago that turned out to be an L-25 that I have in a 50 breeder but can't find a mate for him as he is 10 inches. Good luck in your quest.

Yep, those two are going to be hard to find.

Aquascapeonline is where I got my 8 inch L-114 which is also a pseuda canthicas. It was $300 plus $105 for shipping. Now my lfs has an 8 incher for $125 bucks but a few years ago L-114'S were hard to find as adults. Aquascape took forever to ship it but when it did come it was professionaslly packaged and he is alive and well at 11 inches with his 8 inch female in an acrylic 90 now. He did have those L numbers a few years ago but it has been awhile.
