L25 scarlet red plecos in Aust

How rare are these plecos in Australia? I've seen some nice examples here on MFK but don't think i've seen any around in LFS' here in Aus. I would love to have one in the 6footer

Good luck. They are banned from export and cost several hundred $$ in the U.S. if you can even find one. About the only way to get one is find an individual who is selling theirs and if they know what they have you will pay major $$$.

yes they are available in aus ive seen a few around 9-12cm is around $500-$750 depending on seller just have a brows through plecomadness and plecofanatics australian classifides
