THESE ARE NOT MY FISH

But its a nice vid.
How much damage can plecos actually do to each other when fighting like this? Is it necessary to separate the fish if I see my plecos do this ( like sometimes with cichlids)?

I dont know why that person would just let them go at it like that. These plecos can and will kill each other. Plus they used the wrong lda# LOL

Yeah thats what I thought too, he wrote that it was about setting the pecking order in the tank since on eof the plecs was new. Whats the solution in cases like this? More hiding spots?

I would try to keep them in different tanks. I have had this issue many times with larger plecos and i find it best to just separate them. If they really want to they will find each other and keep fighting.

i have heard of that that 2or more wil fight but i want one so bad they look awesome

Who ever owns those fish is an idiot to let them go on to make a video. The fish are L-114 and an L-24. Both are rare at that size and one will end up dead if that continues. Both are hard to find and at that size.
