Can I just feed a L47 mango pleco nothing but New Life Spectrum? Do I have to feed veggies? Is it a hider?

Also is the L007 pleco a pure carnivore? Is the L007 pleco a hider?

I'm doing a snookn21 order so...
 
They both will eat veggies and worms and pellets and waffers. Lots of protein if you want them to grow fast.(fast for a pleco) Plecos love to hiode it is what they do most of the time.
 
I always fed all my plecos NLS only with a zucchinni once in awhile and they were always fine and grew well for plecos. I think commons and sailfins are the only plecos that grow really fast. Any of my pseudacanthicas plecos including my female L-25 will never touch any veggies.
 
you may have comparability issues with the L007 and L048. The L48 usually gets picked on by the more carnivorous plecos. Option 2 seems the best to me.
