Hi everyone,

Still kinda new to the DSLR world. I would very much appreciate any advice.

Camera: Canon EOS Rebel T2i and lens: EF-S 18-55 IS
Settings: Shutter Speed 1/25 / Aperature 5.6 / ISO 100

Thank you,

nice shot. hope you don't mind if i give you my input.

for this particular shot, i would personally have focused on the yellow part of the flower, to get more light and bokeh, would have used a bigger aperature (smaller F number) -but you may be limited by the lense in this regard- and gone with a 200 iso for better lighting.

Hey xander,

No, I do not mind! I have been waiting for someone to help - thank you! I still consider myself a newbe to DSLRs and I figured this forum would be a great place to get advice. I am an eager leaner at this point and will take any eagerly seek any critique.

Do you think it is a big deal that some of the flower edges are crisp and some blurred?

Thanks again,
Russ
