Anyone keep these, Scientific Name: Labeo chrysophekadion? They get pretty big (and supposedly aggressive - though they don't seem too aggressive in videos I have watched) but I never see them talked about here, even though they are definitely monster fish. How do they do with other monster fish (cichlids, Pbass, catfish, knives, other "sharks", Arowana, etc.)? I think they are pretty nice looking with that deep black. Pictures, experiences?

If this is better in specific sub forum feel free to move it.

I had a juvenile that beat up my JD, convict, and BGK. Needless to say I was amazed. It was smaller than all of them too

Would definitely be the ideal show fish for a large tank though, individually housed. Absolutely beautiful when grown out, almost looks velvety

I had one years ago, named it B.A. for a reason. I loved it but it had to go. Another some day perhaps.

Here's mine. He's about 10" now in my 150 gallon with V. synspilum, V. argentea, a female convict, pictus cat and a large Bala shark. The Syn is tank boss but he's definitely 2nd in command.

I had one at 18 inches that I kept solo in a 125. Would not get on at all with bigger fish, ignored smaller tetras and the like.
