lamprologus nigriventris

I got my nigriventris in April, 08 they were one inch. They are full grown now. I have two males and three females. They are getting along with a few fights now and then. How old do they have to be before they will start to spawn ? I have them in 100 gal. tank with a few plecos and petricolas.
