Lapradei colour differences?

Can anybody explane to me why my laps have such different colours?

The one on the left i got not so long ago but i have had the one on the right for 5 months, so the Left one isnt 100% settled in but i have seen pics of him settled in and it looks much different than mine.

Am i right that they are both CB?

And doesnt the one on the lef have more natural colour?

Maybe he doesnt want to be the same color as the other one.

maybe the one on the lkeft is still stressed from you recently getting it but idk how long oyuve had it so thats not neccescarily the answer

not all fish are the "same". the color of the lap on the left should be normal.

aren't bichirs aggressive to other bichirs?

some lapradeis maybe caught from same region but some from diffrent area like different river,different lakes, that can probably explain why the coloration is kind of different
