Unfortunately I need to rehome my large "Albino" Tiger Oscar cichlid because I will be moving shortly. I am located in Stafford, VA right off of I-95. I am not asking for an adoption fee but I am asking that you email me with your tank dimensions, current and anticipated stock, filtration system, and aquarium maintenance schedule. The Oscar is fairly laid back for a community tank but will attempt to eat any fish that may fit into its mouth. Right now it is about 8-9 inches and I've had it since it was about 1.5 inches when I got it in December 2008. Accepts many varieties of foods including pellets, krill, nightcrawlers, trout worms, and frozen peas. Please let me know the specifics of where you intend to keep him before asking to come pick up. Thanks

Man, I am not in the market for an oscar, but that is a beauty. I can't imagine that you'll have problems finding a good home.

ad is already on craiglist. i may have found a local taker here where i live. he would be keeping him in a 55 gal setup by himself, and though i'm not terribly fond of the idea of an adult oscar in a 55 gal it is better than having to drop him off at a lfs.
