one of my barracuda's(altus) has a large bump on the side of his body. It looks like a giant zit around the abdominal area. He stills has all his energy and remains constantly hungry. I have no clue what it could be I added some salt yesterday to hopfully remedy the situation. So far no improvements but maybe it's just too soon. Any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Could be a localized infection or furunculous, watch for it to rupture into a sore or turn white in the center. If it does treat by swabbing it with iodine or hydrogen peroxide and treating the tank with binox, neomycin sulfate, or even kanaplex.
