What would you consider a decent price for a 16 inch Jardini? I paid $150. Would this be considered a good price from lfs?

Pricing of Jardini's vary among cities. A 3" Jardini in Houston costs 80 bucks. 6" cost 150. I've seen people on craigslist sell 18" ones for 350. So I'd say good deal.

Yea i would say thats a killer deal. My lfs around here charges like 250 for a 8 inch one ordered. They are a little overpriced and i can only imagine what they would charge for one thats 16 inches.

The owner of the lfs got him in about 2 months ago for someone that never picked him up. The owner felt bad about keeping him in a 50 gallon because it would just sit in one spot except when it was time to eat. Every time i would walk in he would ask me if I wanted it. I would say yes but would not have the money. At first he was asking $300 and after 2 months dropped the price to $150 for me as I am one of his only regular customers with a large tank.

Here is a quick picture. He is doing well. Takes market shrimp from my hand. So far he is pretty mellow except for with my clown knife who can be a real jerk depending on his mood.
