Panaque Paradise
Im planning out my new tank. And for pleco's I want to do a panaque only tank. I have a 6.5" L190 that I have grown from around 1.5" and I love him. My plan is the L190, a large L330 (around 8"), a good sized L090(6" or so) and as large of a L191 as I can find. I have never seen a L191 over 8". Does anyone have any this size or larger? Also the other stock will be 3 new world cichlids, 15 or so roseline barbs and a fire eel. Tank size is a standard 220. Anyone see any issues with this stocking?

Maybe add some royal xingu too, they seem to be common lately.

As the first post states its a standard 220. It will be bare bottom. With a sump powered by a mag12, aquatop canister and 2 emperor 400's

I have a 4.5" L191, haven't seen many super large ones personally.

If you can't find any for sale, shoot me a PM. I'd be willing to sell to someone who'd be equipped to care for him correctly.

Oops. Skipped over the 220 g bit.
I did a quick search on PC, and someone mentioned a 15 cm L191 (which sounds like what you said). I guess it's hard to keep them in captivity over 8"?

Speaking of PC, why don't you post in WTB for a large L191?: http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=25
I will keep this in mind. I frequent pc so when i'm ready to buy one I will post a wtb here and there. Thanks for the help. I was hoping to see pics of some monster L191's though.
