Here are a quick clip I just took. The battle has been on and off all morning. A particular loach is squaring off a bit on others too and sizing each other up. I can see suboccular spine marks and both colors washed out. Kinda funny to watch. Gotta love these loaches!

Here's part 2. Love the erect fins and body lines when they are in this mode. Excuse the brightness of vids. It's much better to see in person and crystal white clear viewing. I'm using 5 high output 10w LED elements and 2 48" T8. Call it "light therapy" if you will. In other words, no more hiding loach behaviors. Highly recommend it for other loach owners. You'll see the difference vs. subdue lighting!

More vid spam here, lol :D. The commotion got my 8" fatty involved now. It's been like this today. Behavior is a new one under bright lights.

Any loach owners here experience this? It's cool but had issues with disputes where dorsal fins get bitten. I am guessing 1 of the 37 I have in there was doing this. Hard to pinpoint the culprit, lol

you know what , i saw this the other day too. my 2 biggest loaches were fighting.
