Large Male Jag needs treatment, seeking advice.....

See attached, obviously this Jag has some HITH, but I notice on the area there appears to be a few little growths, not sure if it's bacteria or not??? Here is background info, the JAG is about 6 years old, 15" inches, feed him NLS pellets, and some Krill about 1 or 2 times a month. Feed once daily somewhat sparingly, and fast one day a week. He lives in a 75g solo and has always been solo, the filtration is 2 -110 aquaclears, with additional bio material, and I don't use carbon. I do a bout a 35% water change weekly.... Any advice on treatment?

there is a fish disease section. What you mentioned is not the only issues. did you notice his eyes bulging out of his head also.

I just looked at him again, I think the eye bulge is an illusion, as he's always been this way....

Can always add some salt just incase. That is what I would do.
