Congrats to him.The biggest I ever caught was about 2 lbs...lol.I do better at catching sunburn and debris.

I don't blame him.He'll always have the picture to remember that day.Next time you go fishing he'll a new goal to catch a bigger one.

Yep I never keep big bass in Illinois they don't grow as fast here as they do in the southern states

Also thought this was a pretty good sized one. For the ones I pull out. But, that sure is a nice fish! Shoulda kept it for memories! Lol. Coulda got it mounted! That would look really nice on a wall!
