Large Mouth Bass with Eye Problem

My LMB looked like he had an eye injury this last weekend, and his eye is progressively swelling every day. He's not feeding, and just sitting in the corner with his bad eye towards the glass (not his normal, happy, hungry self).

Water is within norms, clean, temp is right at 80. Other fish are healthy.

Any ideas?

I'm considering euthanasia, because he's going to starve.

Never mind. I got it now.

I still don't know what to do, even if I quarantined him. Salt water? Epsom salt?

His eye looks like its under enormous pressure.

At first I was going to tell you that you might have a high ammonia problem but whoa, that eye looks like it's going to explode. Maybe some kind of infection but I really don't know, The Doctor.
