i went to the pond today and caught 2- 4-5" largemouth bass and 2 13" inch largemouth today...i kept the 2 that are 4-5'. does anyone know about how long it will take for them to fully heal? their lips are a little goofy from the hooks and on one of them one of the treble hooks got stuck in the side of it. it appears to be fine but im still worried. has anyone done this and have any helpful info?

the hooks came out real easy. all in the lips and well one in the side....but only took seconds to get them out. should i treat them with anything?
Use some melafix or acroflavin for them so fungus dosent set in and they will eat in about a day or two, and should heal very quickly
the one that was hooked in the side as well died.....must have go him in the lateral line or whatever that is called.
