Large Pbass & Dats

Just wondering if anyone has kept large Peacock bass with Large Dat's? I have 3 15" pbass and 1 10" dat. They seen okay together, but the dat used to eat shrimp and now he will not take shrimp at all. So I thought maybe he was getting picked on.
He ate crickets & crayfish that I was feeding my aro, but I want to get him back on shrimp.

it shoudlnt be a problem. most times its the dat picking on the peacock bass.

not a prob. as long as they're both around the same size.. dats are pretty tough and is more likely to pick on the pbass. maybe something is stressing out ur tiger thats why its eating habits have changed.

Shouldn't be a problem. There are a couple of guys here that I know of that have Pbass and Dats together. Just make sure they are the same size. But be aware that the Pbass will grow way faster then the Dats.

I keep big pbass with my dats.

Some of my dats would not even be half the size of my biggest pbass which is around 20".

No dramas at all. I would be more worried about arowanas etc.

I do have a big silver in there also. I did notice some fine marks on his (the dat's) face.
In a few hours if everything has woked out I should have another 10" dat in there to help him out.

I have dats and pbass together...just have to make sure that the dat is/will be high-bodied enough that the pbass won't attempt to swallow him. Odds are, with the spines on the dat, it would end up killing both.
