large rd with whitehead/zit? please help!!!!

hey all a noticed a large zit on my midas' face yesterday!

it can only be explained as looking exactly like a large human white head or zit?

any help? its def not white spot, and doesnt look like cauliflour, it also has no stringy stuff, its exactly like a white head and came out of nowhere???

he's very good condition still actively defending his half of the 180gal.... (the grey bit on the pic is a partion that only he cant get through. theres lots of othe fish including a few he beats up so i made the partion out of york stone.) ive had him about a week and he still hasnt eaten mind you!

the lump pokeing out of his right eye on the pics... it just appeared!

think i need a better pic its very apparent in real life, on the front an rear pics its poking out quite dramatically compared to the otherside.... its stange ive found nothing similar after searching online for an hour.

frome the front pic its the left side... the lump with the light bouncing of it???? come on ppl, its like a white head, almost wanna pull him out an pop it lol. it pokes out from his head about 4mm and has a diameter of about five mm. i'll get the digital camera out!
