i wish i could help i have 8 reds right now all about 4 to 5 im actually trying to get them to breed but if you are looking for them in the future im sure ill still have them
Did you buy them at 4-5'', where? And if not, what size were they and how long did it take them to reach 4-5''?
It took my super reds about a year to reach 7-8". I got them from All-happy at around 3" or so. Once you get them eating, they grow fast.
i got all mine from my lps and someone i bought a tank form. i got them about 2 inches and its been like 2 or 3 months. i think there growing fast but im power feeding them so they grow quick im doing like 3 or 4 feedings a day and having high water temp i here helps too so i have mine at like 84 i think and i have few fish in a large tank but now that there getting bigger i need to start separating them into different tanks good thing i have 7 tanks lol where are you located i would love to show you my set up and maybe sell you a fish or 2
