Long island
I recently purchased a frag tank from a store that went on fire, the dimensions are 7’x4’x1’. The space between the overflow is 20” on both sides. Wondering if this tank would work for horn shark and blue spotted rays? Tank volume is about 210 gallons

I am not sure sorry.

But......
It would make a kick ass river/stream tank with unidirectional water flow!

Zoodiver Zoodiver any additional info relating to the depth of the tank for a horn shark? I know they have high dorsal fins in which I read can grow up to 14% of the total length resulting in about a 5 inch dorsal fin. Does this tank also work for blue dotted rays? California rays fair better in captivity from what I gathered since blue spotted are shipped half way across the world but they’re also larger. Would a California ray work?

Zoo diver hasn't been on here for 31 weeks and 4 days. If he had been active I would have notified him about this thread.

Yep.

It will be fine for a stingray but will be a little shallow for a horn shark and to narrow for an adult horn shark. Get some rays and maybe some goat fish, flounders or something like that. You can add some starfish and urchins and make a nice touch tank.

It would be okay for a stingray although a little taller would be ideal. Also keep in mind blue spot stingrays are notorious for dying off after keeping them for a few months because of how these rays are collected
