So there are 2 or 3 used spray tanks built into my basement that range from 250 to 750 gallons. I was wondering if I should convert them into tanks or if it would be too much work.

it is a large plastic container used to store chemicals that will be sprayed on crops.

Stock tanks is another common term. Have seen these used many times, I currently have half a 55gal drum I keep for emergency's.

I was lucky in knowing that my drum was just used for sugar storage, may want to find out what was in them if possible, could have issues with leaching.

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I am guessing that they were used to store organics so I think a lot of carbon would prevent that.

What was in the tanks prior to you wanting to convert them to fish use?
